FEATURED CLIENT: PARETO GROUP OF COMPANIES

Pareto and NOW Developments are at it again!  Our next project is located at 3642 Commercial Street.  This particular block won the Georgia Straight's 'Best of Vancouver Awards' for being Vancouver's block most worthy of revitalization.

The Pareto Group of Companies targets high-value real estate opportunities that are too large for many individual investors, yet too small in scale to draw interest from institutional players.  It is within this overlooked segment where we can deploy our legal, financial and developmental expertise to unlock the enormous hidden potential of these assets.

NOW stands for New Original Works and is a development concept built around a series of small, smart, carefully-designed additions to neighborhoods and communities throughout Vancouver.

Interested individual investors can read more at: www.paretogroup.com

DEALING WITH CANADA'S SKILL CRISIS

Businesses are keenly aware of their employees’ role in their success. They know that having the right people is critical to their very survival.

As our knowledge economy grows, the proportion of the workforce requiring more than a high school degree will increase dramatically. By 2031, up to 77 per cent of Canadian jobs will require a post-secondary credential like an apprenticeship or a university degree or college degree, diploma or certificate. This is significantly higher than today’s approximately 60 percent.

Overcoming Canada’s critical shortage of skilled labour tops just about everybody’s to-do list. Many Canadian Chamber of Commerce members told us that finding staff with the right expertise and training is their greatest challenge.
