JOYCE WISHART, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Joyce Wishart founded NALH Bookkeeping Services in 1977 as a one-woman operation that has now grown into one of the largest bookkeeping firms in British Columbia. Joyce enjoys working closely with clients in Canada and the United States to serve their financial operations and business management needs.
Joyce’s experience spans a wide range of clients of all shapes, sizes and in a variety of industries, including: financial services, medical products, non-profit organizations, government, entertainment and film industries. Joyce’s clear understanding of business requirements – from simple to sophisticated – enables her to help clients better understand their day-to-day financial realities and manage their organizations more effectively.
Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Joyce attended George Brown College and worked in public practice after graduating and has continued to further her education throughout her career. Joyce and her husband currently reside in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. |

CHERIE HARBOUR, MANAGER OF QUALITY ASSURANCE
In her role as Manager of Quality Assurance, Cherie is responsible for managing staff, supporting client relationships and providing specialized bookkeeping services to Canadian subsidiaries and local entertainment clients. Cherie brings to the NALH team a strong background in accounting, personnel administration and customer service management acquired in a number of different business environments. Her collegial leadership style and professionalism boost morale, keep the office humming and help clients examine their business, bookkeeping challenges and determine the most effective way of managing them.
Born in Toronto, Ontario and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Cherie has completed a number of post-secondary accounting and management principle courses. Cherie and her family reside in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. |

JASON ZHENG, PAYROLL & SENIOR ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN
A core member of the NALH staff, Jason Zheng holds the position of Senior Accounting Technician. His role on the team includes providing full-cycle bookkeeping, accounting and payroll services to NALH clients. Jason brings to NALH more than 12 years of international experience as an accounting professional.
He has worked in the accounting field since graduating from Wuhan University in China in Financial Management in 1992. His career began as an Accounting Clerk, Internal Auditor, followed by a promotion to Accounting Department Manager of a public company. In October 2007, Jason graduated from CDI College with Diploma in Accounting and Payroll Administration.
Jason is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and earned International Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) certificates. |

BARB SKOGG, OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR & ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN
A veteran member of our staff, Barb brings more than 8 years of accounting experience to her role at NALH. As an Accounting Technician and QuickBooks Training Specialist, Barb is responsible for managing bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio, including new and yearly clients, special projects and training clients in QuickBooks best practices.
Barb’s solid background in customer service, organizational skills and extensive accounting software experience makes her a knowledgeable addition to the NALH team.
Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Barb continues to further her post-secondary education in administration and accounting and has recently completed the Dale Carnegie course in Effective Communications and Human Relations. Barb and her family reside in the Vancouver area. |

AGNES YANG, SENIOR ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN
Having joined the NALH staff in 2006, Agnes brings extensive experience in both on-site and off-site full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation to the NALH team. Agnes also is well-versed in working with a variety of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, QuickBooks (US) Simply Accounting, Accpac and MYOB.
Agnes’ strong analytical skills help her to delve into a client’s account and ensure that their systems are set up properly and to diagnose any issues quickly.
Agnes holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and continues to further her education by enrolling in a variety of accounting courses. Originally from Taiwan, Agnes and her family re-located to Vancouver in 1999. |

CARLY H. FRANKLIN, MARKETING COORDINATOR
Having worked with NALH for a number of years as a consultant, Carly comes to the NALH team with more than 10 years experience in corporate branding, graphic design and marketing. Carly is charged with spearheading NALH’s marketing efforts and maintaining a consistent presence for the company in social media.
Carly’s background in corporate identity and branding work includes a wide variety of graphic design and marketing projects including: identity, print, packaging and web projects with clients throughout the US and Canada.
Originally a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, she currently lives and works in Vancouver, BC. |
