JOYCE WISHART, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Joyce Wishart founded NALH Bookkeeping Services in 1977 as a one-woman operation that has now grown into one of the largest bookkeeping firms in British Columbia. Joyce enjoys working closely with clients in Canada and the United States to serve their financial operations and business management needs.
Joyce’s experience spans a wide range of clients of all shapes, sizes and in a variety of industries, including: financial services, medical products, non-profit organizations, government, entertainment and film industries. Joyce’s clear understanding of business requirements – from simple to sophisticated – enables her to help clients better understand their day-to-day financial realities and manage their organizations more effectively.
Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Joyce attended George Brown College and worked in public practice after graduating and has continued to further her education throughout her career. Joyce and her husband currently reside in Burnaby, British Columbia.
CHERIE HARBOUR, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & CLIENT
SERVICES
In her role as Director of Operations and Client Services, Cherie is responsible for managing staff, supporting client relationships and providing specialized bookkeeping services to Canadian subsidiaries and local entertainment clients. Cherie brings to the NALH team a strong background in accounting, personnel administration and customer service management acquired in a number of different business environments. Her collegial leadership style and professionalism boost morale, keep the office humming and help clients examine their business, bookkeeping challenges and determine the most effective way of managing them. Born in Toronto, Ontario and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Cherie has completed a number of post-secondary accounting and management principle courses. Cherie and her family reside in Maple Ridge, British Columbia.
